OVER 1000 ATTENDED THE CONFERENCE ON DATA AND CLOUD COMPUTING IN HO CHI MINH CITY

The DCCI Summit 2024, themed “Developing the Sustainable Future”, was attended by over 1000 guests representing organizations and businesses in Ho Chi Minh City, alongside more than 20 industry-leading experts from major global technology firms and influential business administrators across various sectors.

At the conference, Mr. Hoàng Văn Ngọc, CEO of Viettel IDC, offered a new perspective on the economic efficiency provided by data center and cloud computing services, emphasizing: “Data centers are regarded as a modest investment that yields significant value, with impressive figures contributing to economic advancement.”

Following the overview session, the conference was divided into three specialized sessions: the Data Center Room, the Cloud Room, and the AI Room. The insights shared by industry-leading speakers will bring forth emerging technologies, innovations, as well as sustainable management and operation practices for data centers.

One of the sessions that attracted significant attention at the conference was “Artificial Intelligence (AI)”. Attendees had the opportunity to meet leading AI experts who shared practical AI solutions and applications across industries and fields, including real-world implementations and optimized deployment strategies in Vietnam, along with high-performance and cost-saving AI infrastructure solutions.

In addition to the thematic sessions, guests also have the opportunity to visit and experience the exhibition area of major technology companies, exploring Viettel IDC’s international standard data center for AI through virtual reality (VR) technology. This data center is the largest in Vietnam and the fourth largest in Southeast Asia.
